I agree that any misrepresentation in this registration form and process may give rise to the following: (a) forfeiture of any payment paid to ACCESS; (b) non-processing of my MCLE accreditation; and, (c) waiver of my right to complain and demand restitution to ACCESS. It shall be understood, however, that these sanctions and repercussions are without prejudice to any other actions, rights, remedies, causes of actions, claims or defenses that ACCESS or any third party may institute against me whether administrative or criminal in nature.
